At Rhykin Pet Co., we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This warranty policy outlines the coverage provided with your purchase.

Lifetime Warranty: Non-Electronic Components

All non-electronic components of Rhykin Pet Co. products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes, but is not limited to, stainless steel bowls, basins, top pieces, flow plates, filtration cradles, housings, silicone seals, and gaskets. Coverage extends to structural defects, leaks, corrosion, warping, cracking, and seal deterioration.

"Lifetime" refers to the reasonable expected lifespan of the product under normal, intended use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

6-Month Warranty: Electronic Components

All electronic components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase. Electronic components include, but are not limited to, water pumps, motor assemblies, USB cables, power adapters, and LED indicator lights.

If an electronic component fails under normal use within the warranty period, Rhykin Pet Co. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product care instructions
• Damage caused by accident, improper installation, or unauthorised modification
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or scuffs that do not affect functionality
• Damage resulting from use with non-approved accessories or third-party components
• Consumable items including, but not limited to, replacement filters
• Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@rhykin.com with the following information:

• Your order number and date of purchase
• A description of the defect or issue
• Photographs clearly showing the defect

Our team will assess your claim and respond within 3 business days. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Rhykin Pet Co. reserves the right to request the return of the defective product or component before issuing a replacement.

General Terms

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Rhykin Pet Co. reserves the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under this warranty. All warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Rhykin Pet Co.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Rhykin Pet Co. or an authorised retailer. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
