Subscription Policy
What Is the FreshFlow Subscription?
When you subscribe, replacement filters for your FreshFlow Pet Water Fountain are delivered to your door on a regular schedule so your pet always has access to clean, freshly filtered water. No need to remember to reorder.
How It Works
When you choose the subscription option at checkout, you select your preferred delivery frequency (e.g. every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your first order ships immediately and all future orders are processed and dispatched automatically on the schedule you chose.
Pricing and Payment
Your subscription price is locked in at the time you enrol. You will be charged automatically on each renewal date using the payment method provided at checkout. If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with at least 14 days' written notice before your next renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the updated rate.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your Rhykin Pet Co. customer account. From your account dashboard, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, meaning you will still receive any order that has already been charged or dispatched.
There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
Refunds and Returns
Subscription orders are covered by the same return and refund policy as one-time purchases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Opened filter packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty.

Shipping
Subscription orders ship with the same delivery methods and timeframes as standard orders. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at the time you enrol and on each renewal confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information each time a subscription order is dispatched.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
